Trying to downgrade account

    I've tried to downgrade my account from Bronze to Free on both IE and Chrome and on both it sits at the "processing" screen for 10+ minutes.  

    I really like JotForm but do not have a need for any submissions at this time so am wanting to downgrade.  I hope to need it again and will upgrade at that time.  

    What needs to be done to get the downgrade completed?

    I've canceled the subscription on paypal as per your request, your account is back to free
