How can I redirect to another form from an unused form?

I have two almost identical forms. One of them is old, and the other is new. I'd like to redirect everyone who tries to access the old form to the new one, so they don't use the old one anymore. How can I do that?

I believe the old form is being accessing by using direct JotForm URL. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redirect the users to a different form without submitting the old form. If the old form is being accessed by source code embedded form or Custom URL, it is possible to redirect to the new form.

If the old form is using direct JotForm link, it is required to submit the form so that the new form can be redirected to by using Custom URL in the Thank you page wizard.

    Hope this information helps!

Hmm... That's too bad. Is there a way to put in a feature request?

Let me send a feature request to our back end team for evaluation. I cannot promise you that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide you any ETA at the moment. However, if we have any update in this regard you'll be posted here.

Another alternative can be hiding the existing fields on your old form and place a link to new form with a note so that the user will be redirected manually by clicking on the link.

    Thank you!
