Is there anyway to layout form questions more graphically?

I would like to layout a web page that would have users actually fill out entries as they would appear on a web page--kind of like madlibs but even more graphically. Is there anyway to have more flexibility with the way a form is laid out? If not, is there a way to layout out the answers more graphically to display them more in context of a webpage? I can create a mockup of a potential layout if this question doesn't make sense.

    Thanks for your help,

    Melanie

    Hi Melanie,

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can easily achieve it by using a report and then embedding it in your website, you can find more info about that on this link : http://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm

You can create different type of reports.

Please, do let us know if it works as you need, if not, we will be more than glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Thanks Kevin, I only see variations on displaying data as a table. Is there any way to more flexibly lay out and format the data either on the form itself or its corresponding individual entry PDF file? Thanks.

The only way to display submissions graphically is using creating a Visual Report, you can also embed it in your form, or you can redirect your users to the report after submitting the form.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-your-Form-Submissions

In regards, to a PDF file, you can download the data in that format, as well as in Excel or CSV file.

Please, provide us more details about your request if it does not help, do let us know if you are referring to display a graphic about submissions, to display one of your forms, if possible share us the link to your form, it will be helpful.

    Thanks,
