combining accounts

Here at The City of Hoisington in Hoisington, KS, we have two jotform accounts.

big_buys is a paid account with up to 1000 submissions. we also have our initial account ksu mpa which is our initial account with 100 submissions. Our ksu mpa account is the account that our jotform template was created on and then we upgraded to a new account and copied / linked over to big_buys account.

Currently we the new registration year for 2016 in our animal control department not a single dog/cat registration shows up onto big_buys and that is a huge worry that we try to figure out.

What I would need to make jotform feasible for us here at the city is to keep ksu mpa and make it our 1000 submissions account and then we can eliminate big_buys.

Please let me know how we proceed from here since we are in full swing of registration now...

Hi,

I was unable to find an account with the username ksu mpa.

Could you provide us the email address related to that account ? 

Now, it's not possible to combine accounts, if you want to upgrade your account ksu mpa, you will need to do it manually, then you can open a request to move your forms and submissions from big_buys  to  ksu mpa.

Also, you should request to downgrade your account big_buys and then we will delete it.

If you do not want to downgrade your account big_buys  and upgrade ksu mpa manually, you can add the last one as a sub-user account into your big_buys  account.
