I personally used Stripe and I can recommend it, but both are best. Stripe website has a simple dashboard and Authorize.net is a little bit advance.

Thank you. I just set STRIPE up and ran a test. It worked great, but the email receipt reads "Notification 1" in the subject line. Any idea how to change that?

Please use this guide as a reference to access the Subject Line of the Notification Email: http://www.jotform.com/help/45-How-to-place-form-title-in-the-Subject-Line-of-form-notification. You should be able to change it from there, add a field for unique data or add a static text.

When you will integrate an option that offers this service? or do you have info about Stripe in Mexico?
