Edits on a cloned form are not saving

Hello, I am having the same issue. I cloned a form and made changes to one of the clones, but it doesn't save and reverts back to the original clone without saving the changes.

Ideally be related to non-communicable diseases ---this line is what I want to removed from the cloned form. But it keeps showing up after I delete and save in the clone.

I made a test by cloning your form but I could not replicate the problem. I was able to save the changes. Here is the cloned form https://form.jotform.com/60039231503948
