I received a form submission 'alert' from jotform but it was sent to an email address I don't use with jotform. I checked in my account settings that I have the correct email address, email@example.com but it was sent to firstname.lastname@example.org which is a different work email address not associated with jotform.
Can you help? it seems very strange!
I check you notification email and it appears the recipient email is currently set as email@example.com to update it open the notification email editor and change the recipient email address to your preferred one.
