Error: MySQL server has gone away

CUANDO ENVÍO LA SOLICITUD, DA ERROR Y NO LLEGA AL MAIL DE DESTINO, SIN EMBARGO QUEDA REFLEJADA EN EL PROGRAMA.

We just received news from our backend team that the error "MySQL server has gone away" should be fixed now. Please do try testing your form again by filling it out and clicking the submit button.

I made a test submission on the link you shared and was able to successfully complete the form without errors:
