I have been a loyal member in jotform for a couple of months.
Today, the problem is I can't receive email from some of my clients' form submissions.
I have tried it with my own IP address and I can submit it successfully, but I don't know why it's getting error in some of my clients' computer.

Some of my clients can successfully sent the form but I can't receive it to my email directly.

Sorry for this inconvenience. It seems that had a small issue in our servers. Our team worked quickly and have fixed the issues.
I have just cloned your form and was not able to replicate the issue you are having. If you still experience this, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
