As per mentioned by my colleague on the other thread, there was a temporary issue on the server and was already resolved. Users reporting this problem seems to be getting submissions data on the spreadsheet by now. Since you mentioned that there were data that didn't go through the spreadsheet during that time, we suggest to refresh the integration so it will create a new spreadsheet with all the submissions data it. Just remove the integration and integrate it again. This normally solves the issue.
If you are still experiencing this problem after that, please let us know which of the share form in your account this is happening so we can run on a test on its cloned version.
