Can someone please email the answer to email@example.com since apparently there is a problem reaching the email address this account is set up with?
The other thread is set to private by the user and hence you are not able to access it. As I check your email address in our bounce list, it is not listed there. You should be receiving email from JotForm without any issue. If you still experience any issue receiving emails from JotForm, please whitelist JotForm email address, IP addresses in your email server. Please refer to the guide below for the list of email addresses and IP addresses to be whitelisted.
