Can we increase font size in the grid report

I've seen from posts from a few years ago that people were modifying the source code of the report to make this happen and while my host does allow me add some html i cannot add java script at all and the scource code for the grid report has java script all over it. So the Iframe code is a must.  So is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change font size in the grid report, while report is embedded with iFrame code. 

The CSS is not yet editable for our Reports. When you are generating reports size font will always be the same.
