Jotform Data is not transferring to my Getresponse Campaign

I am having a similar problem to many that are trying to do the Getresponse and Jotform assimilation, the Getresponse check mark is there as a successful add-on. The problem is the data from Jotform is not coming into my Getresponse campaign. I have tested several times the form submission and have nothing received on the Getresponse campaign on my account. What am I missing? I have followed all the steps that have been instructed (to my knowledge)  to integrate both services. Please let me know what else I can do.

    Hi,

I tested the Getresponse integration and it appears to be working properly:

I entered my API key, selected the list to add the contacts to, then matched the email field to the field in my form.

After I completed the integration, submitting the form added the contact to Getresponse:

Is this process not working on your end?  Check to make sure your API key is entered correctly.  It can be found in the integrations menu under the "API and OAuth" tab:

If your settings appear to be correct, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  As far as I can tell though, the integration should be working.

Yes, its strange, I had my setup exactly identical. jotform admins told me to try disconnecting the current integration and create a fresh integration process. I did that, still to no avail its not working. I 'm pretty sure I have my Getresponse API correct because its just a copy and paste process. I dont know what else to do, I really like the jotforms, Getresponse just doesn't have the default forms I need, like this site does. I hope I can find a way to get it to work, there has got to be a solution.

Is nothing at all showing up in your Getresponse list or do the contacts at least show?  Try with only an email field in the integration to see if you can at least get the contact to go through without additional data.  If that is possible we can see which fields may be causing the integration to fail.

Ya, still no luck. Tried with just the email. Thanks for all your help. I been at this for hours. I give up. I just wont be able to use JotForms, unfortunately.

    Hi,

When you submit your form, Get response sends a mail for subscribing your campaign to entered mail address. So, you should test it with the real email address which you can confirm subscription.

So, If its not accepted, you will not able to see the contact on Get Response.

    Thank you.

Thank you, I had been overlooking a very obvious step, the double opt in. Thank You both for all your help. Thats what the problem was this whole time.

Glad to hear it is now working.  I had not worked with Getresponse yet so I learned quite a bit too.

If there is anything else we can assist you with, let us know and we will be happy to help.
