I'm a JotForm Premium user and was supposed to be billed on December. But I was charged and now it shows "Downgrade scheduled for December 21st, 2015" in my profile tab.
I don't want to downgrade and would like to stay in my Premium plan(legacy plan). Also, I don't see any option to make the payment in the accounts section. Please help me.

Yes, the charge failed, usually this is to a invalid or outdated credit card information in your paypal account. Therefore the subscription was canceled, but due to a glitch, this account was not fully downgraded, so I have put the account back to free in order for you to upgrade it taking advantage of the offer.

In your PayPal account statement, the transaction should appear as "Interlogy LLC".
