Why is your website always unavailable lately?

Every time i go to click on your help/support lately it is never available. Please sort it out otherwise I am off. There is nothing worse than unresponsive pages and websites. Does my head in big time.

All I get is a great big fat circle with a red line saying jot form is experiencing problems just now is not available.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

We did have slow down issue recently due to denial of services attack on some of our servers. But as far as I have been informed, it had been rectified already. And all services had been up and in full working capacity.

Please try also refreshing your browsers just to be sure it was not just a browser cache issue.
