The issue with PDF download seems to have been resolved, thanks, however,
images that we upload to our form seem to appear as a joint file name in
the email/notifier and so cannot be subsequently opened.

This is a screenshot of the PDF that is generated following submission of our form
Ordinarily, we would simply see the image(s) displayed, but since yesterdays issue with PDF downloads timing out, we have been getting a link displayed in the form, as shown in the image and we are unable to open the link either.
Since sending you my previous comments, I have checked a number of submissions this morning and the issue seems to have resolved itself.

Thank you for updating us on the status and letting us now issue was now resolved.
We did have issue with Upload file link issues on PDF Report late yesterday. I believe that was the same cause of issue on your form.
But our dev team was able to fixed the problem already.
