When I reply to a submission when viewing submissions, the hidden fields are visible. Does the submitter see the hidden fields also?

    I would like to keep the hidden fields hidden.

    The answer is Yes. 

    Since the answers/fields were actually in the Autoresponder Email, the submitter/recipient will be able to see them as well.

    If you do not want it to be seen, remove the field/s in the email template then. Like this
