    Notifications not being recieved

    We are having the same issue. We have not been receiving any of the notifications.


    Can someone contact me asap, please?

    You are using your own email address as the sender email of the form. This is working as per our logs and you can check these logs from your account. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History.

    I would suggest checking this in your spam folder. Since you are using a custom email address, please login to your hosting and check their webmail for the emails. If nothing is there, I would suggest using SMTP to your forms instead of the current method which is the verification. Here's how:




    I would also suggest using noreply@jotform.com as the sender email to see if this is not working for you as well.
