Recently we are experiencing Delivery Fail Permantly with message "The error that the other server returned was:
554 Message not allowed - [PH01] Email not accepted for policy reasons." when there is jotform links in the email. This happens to Yahoo email only.
Please help us to rectify this issue.

Can you please provide more details on the steps you have taken to produce the issue?
Were you trying to send the URL/link of the form via email?

Yes, I was trying to send the URL/link such as http://form.jotform.me/form/22342120689450 in my email. I could send normally to other gmail or hotmail users, only with yahoo email users occurs this problem for these recent few days.

I could not replicate the problem at this time.
I made a test by submitting the URL link of the form to my Yahoo email account.
I checked the yahoo mail, and the message was there.
and my gmail account which was the sender did not return any error message as well.
Will it be OK with you to share to us the Yahoo email address you were trying to send it to? I can test sending to it as well.
Or if you haven't yet, is there any other yahoo email address you can test again.
We will wait for your updated response.

Thank you for your reply and sorry for late response to you. I've observed that the mentioned problem has stopped this week. I've managed to send jotform links to yahoo emails.
I'm not sure why and how. Will revert to you if it occurs again.
