Get Form Page URL

I'd like to add this to a form and clone it.

I'd like to use this on all those pages.

Will it track it from those pages as well or is it only from another type of outsource?

The Get Form Page URL widget will get the URL of the page where the form is embedded. If you will embed the form in all pages of your website then the answer is yes. If not, you can't. 

I know you don't have an option to use your for forms as an affiliate program.t

Meaning, you can sell my product to someone and I can keep track. Am I wrong in thinking this may work? I just need it to track the main page and the check out page.

Well, I think it depends on how the form will be used. There are affiliates that are using our forms for submissions.

Unfortunately, we can't. We don't offer that kind of services here in Jotform. You may consider going to Clickbank (http://www.clickbank.com/) to sell your products and have affiliate marketers promote it by giving them a commission.
