Can I Share the Data of Users from My Forms?

    Dear Jotform Team,

I have a question concerning the Terms and I would  be grateful if you could help me.

The FAQ and the Privacy Policy state that data will not be sold or shared and that data will not be accessed for non-administrative reasons.

If I would like people to fill in my jotform-form, I need to publish it because I would like to share the link with the persons. The Terms however state that if I click on "publish" I will grant you the license to use and publish all data.

Is it correct that if I use the "link" option under the "publish" button that the comment from the FAQ and Terms that data not be sold and shared is void - even if I use the European Server option?

Thank you very much for your support.

    Best regards,

On Privacy Policy, all of the rules that you have mentioned are related to us not for our users. So, you can use the data from your users. Once you get the data, it's all between you and your user, JotForm doesn't claim any ownership at that time.

To prevent such adverse events, you can add your form a "Agreement". So, the users who fill your form must agree those terms, if they want to submit. "Terms & Conditions" widget could be proper for this scenario. You can link that widget with your terms and conditions page as well.

If there are still some blank spots, please feel free to ask.
