Why am I unable to see the details of the submissions within the "view submissions"

You have opted to store your forms and data to our EU DataCenter. Did you just do this? If so, I think our servers are still in the process of moving your form submissions.
Just to make sure, I have forwarded this to our developers. We'll let you know through this thread for updates.

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Since your data has been moved to EU datacenter, you need to visit our EU website to see your submissions properly. Please check your submissions by using https://eu.jotform.com
