Unable to view submissions details

When clicking on "More" "View Submissions" I only get the submission date and not all the details.  Please see screen shot.

Could you please let me know why this would be when I could see them previously.

I see that your forms and data is in EU datacenter. If you are accessing the form submission data from any sub-account user account, please be noted that the sub-account should also be in EU datacenter due to EU Safe Harbor Invalidation.

If you are accessing the form submission data from the same account, please check if the data is displayed from http://eu.jotform.com domain.
