    There are still some issues to my form.

    After clicking on submit button i am directed to a temporarily unavailable message.

    This is pretty urgent as we have people filling the form real time.

    I test submitted your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53631275709964 and I was able to reproduce the issue as well.

    I have submitted a ticket to our higher team support so that it can be investigate immediately.

    I checked on this further and I noted that the Thank You page on your jotform   was just not properly updated.

    Can you please refresh it by clicking on the Thank You page and set it to default.

    Let us know if this did not make any difference.

    My thank you page are all default, i try resetting them but still no avail.

    You are right. I was still able encounter the problem after doing test submission again on your form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53631275709964

    I have updated the bug ticket report I submitted. Our dev team will provide response here as soon as they have news/update on the status.

    The issue was fixed already, I just tested the form and was able to submit with no problem.
