Field values being cleared on submit

The field values for "Dog heating supplement" {dogHeating148} and "Cat heating supplement" {catHeating} are being set to zero in the notifications generated when the form is submitted.

The form has been working fine for the last 6 mths so I'm not sure what has changed to affect this.

Hi Simon,

According to my investigations on your form, you set conditions for those fields; but you use the "Calculation Field" widget and there is no defined value for it. To solve this problem, please use "Text Box" field for those fields.

Also, you can disable the option called "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" by following the steps from the below:

The logic has been set this way for 6 months but has only just started to be reset. If you view the form you will see that it is evaluated correctly on the form but is only zero'd when the form is submitted so the logic is working fine.

The "hide empty fields on emails" is not required. I'm not sure what relevance this has to my issue?

Yes, your logic just working fine and also, I reviewed when I was filling your form, the results are correct; but let me explain it to you. You set a conditions for a "Calculation Field" widget and that widget hasn't set to show any value, so when you hit the "Submit" button, this could override the value which is coming from the conditions, that's why on the notification email, its value is "0".

In this case, I suggest you to use the "Text Box" field instead of using the "Calculation Field" widget.
