The Sub-users can access the correct number of submissions in any available form, but no data except the submission date/time is visible. When the same submissions are viewed in the main-user account all data is visible.

I was able to reproduce the issue on your account/username Torstein
The EU Data Transfer wizard doesn't proceed to completion.
I have submitted a ticket report to our higher team support to check on this.
