I just upgraded the firstname.lastname@example.org account however the account still says I am listed as the free account. I paid with my personal paypal account under email@example.com . I was wondering if that had anything to do with the conflict.
Can you confirm that the firstname.lastname@example.org is set for the bronze plan?
