Do you have a form that you have to fill out before you can download a file?

I have a customer who would like to capture information before a person can download a pdf.

Do you have a form that fits this criteria?

Hello Greg,

There are many ways to achieve that. 

So basically, by requiring all the form fields, users will be forced to enter a data on the fields before they can submit the form. By simply inserting the downloadable PDF link in your custom thank you message, users will see it instantly right after they hit the submit button. Or you can insert the download link on the autoresponder message so they will receive it via email. The autoresponder is highly customizable, you can add pretty much everything there.
