I now always get the following message: "Multiple submissions are disabled for this form" although I've disabled after an single try the cookie/IP-check.
I've already restarted my router, deleted all cookies and cleared the jotform cache.
Any idea regarding the message

I've investigated this multiple submissions limit problem and found this is occurring because you have two forms that are using a Unique Question as your Submission Limit that is set to Email.
Because of that it ignores the other rules even if you have disabled them since this one is still active.
So that is why you are seeing the multiple submissions issue because you are probably entering an email address into it that was used before so the form is blocking it as an existing or already used email address.
