How do you add an extension on the phone number?

    The phone number only has two fields... and should have the option for 4 or 5

    Country Code: 1
    Area Code: 888
    Exchange Code: 885
    Station Number: 5550
    Extension: 100

    1 - 888 - 885 - 5550 ext 100

    Hi,

    For more specific phone number, I would recommend using Input mask and validation for the phone number field:

    This will allow you to have the users fill the specific number of character you require for your phone number input. 

    These setting can be found by clicking on a phone number field, then clicking on the little gear icon in the top right of the field.
