Hi jot form people. I just created a website and knew of jotform through my employer, so you were my go-to to create my contact form. I spent tons of time on the form the other day, but when I'd review it the conditions didn't work as I had set. I checked, redid them and time after time the same issue. frustrated I began to look for another company to use - but my heart still leads me back to you guys! What's going on with my form?! The areas work when they want, so obviously there's no confidence in the form at all at this point. Please help, I love you guys!!

Thank you for coming back to us. We will do our best to help.

I have just cloned your form and did not notice any thing wrong. Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you would like to accomplish and the issue you are having.

While reviewing I did noticed that in your form you are allowed to select more than one option. Can you please indicate if this is the issue or you are having trouble creating a specific condition.

After reviewing your form I notice that there is a conflict between your conditions. This is the reason the submit button does not appear in your form, with the first choice.

To correct this, I suggest removing the SHOW SUBMIT button in all conditions. In the condition with the EMAIL REQUEST (newsletter), modify the condition to the following:

Since you only require to show the button with this option, this condition will work. This will also show the button in all other options as well.

Please let us know if this helps.

Morning Victor! Sorry for my delay in response. I need the submit option to be for all of the options, but now I think you're seeing what my issue is if you went to click on another and it didn't show again (that's what it was doing for me, kept disappearing).

Is there a way to just make the submit button a default/required option so I don't even have to add it to any of the drop downs? Kinda how the name and email address areas are?

After reviewing your form again, I notice that you have a conflict between your conditions. All your condition have the option to show the submit button. If you select the first option, the submit button will not appear. The reason is that the other option are not select.

Like I mentioned above, if you remove this show option (show submit) from all your condition and modify your last condition:

The submit will appear in all selections.

I have cloned your form and made the modification for you to review and clone if you like.
