Conditions based on order form

Hi, 

I have an order form where users can enter the number of shipping locations they needs products delivered and I'd like the number of address forms correspond to the number of locations. So, one address form is there always and if a 2 is entered in the number of locations a second address form should appear. 

I believe I've set everything as necessary but no matter what number I enter no other address forms appear all the remaining ones remain hidden.

I was able to replicate the problem. May I know if you have cloned that form?

Could you try cloning my form here: https://form.jotform.com/60056044270950. The products are not properly setup, please try recreating them on that form, see if after making changes on that form the shipping address will be displayed.
