    Input field create problem with text

    Hi,

    ich created a form to upload files to the dropbox.
    It worked good last year. This year the input files won´t show
    any text. It is tiny and white and i can´t change that.

    We want to go live with the website and this is the missing part.
    Do you have a tip what the problem could be?

    Are you referring to the error message displayed above the textbox fields? It looks like the width of the field is lesser than the error message to display it properly. As I check your JotForm, I see that the error message is displayed properly at my end when nothing is entered.

    If any incorrect value entered in the email field, it displays the error message as shown below :

    You may consider increasing the width of the text box on your JotForm or changing the error message. 

    To increase the width of the fields, please inject the following CSS code to your form.

    #input_4, #input_11, #input_9 {

    width: 260px;

    }

    You may change the error message form the Form Preferences as shown below :

    I will check that as well. I just found the Problem.
    There was wrong custom css in the prefs from last year.
