cannot single space text boxes

    Not sure where the errant code is but all text boxes on this form and those cloned from it are double spaced. Please help.

    Tell me why I can't put the address at the bottom of the form wo spaces between the lines or the information about the tournament at top single spaced. Still having the problem.

    I'm sorry  but not fully understanding your issue. Could you please indicate what you mean with spacing single and double on your form?

    Do you want to place text box fields in a single line or multiple lines?

    Can you also explain a bit on what you mean on the address field. I reviewed your form and did not see any address fields added. Are you having issue adding an address field to your form?

    at the very bottom of the form there is a text box and in it it says:

    North Broward Preparatory School
    7600 Lyons Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33073
    954.247.0011 | www.nbps.org

    I do not want the spaces in between each line, however, I do not seem to have any control over that. I deleted the field and tried to enter the info in a new one, same issue.

     

    I also tried pasting the info from a word doc into the box, the double spaces were added.

    Similarly, the info in the text box on top:
    South Florida Classic - MLK Tournament
    January 16 - 18, 2016
    Pines Ice Arena - 12424 Taft Street - Pembroke Pines
    U16 AA Division Player Sign up
    also double spaced.

     

    Interestingly, the info below it was pasted from another jot form and that is single spaced.
    I am using this template in various versions and names (check the recently created forms with no submissions) and all have the address info on the bottom that cannot be single spaced.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience this might have caused.

    You can solve this issue easily.

    1)First of all, copy the address and paste it to Text File (NOT Word Doc).

    2)Delete spaces between lines. Then, copy and paste it again to your Text.
