Deleting one condition results in all conditions except for one other to be removed

I've experienced this before on several forms. When attempting to delete one condition, ALL conditions except for one* are completely removed. Link to example form provided--in this example, deleting the last condition on the list deletes that condition plus all others before it except for one.

*The one that remains is not the one I was attempting to delete.

Edit: on top of this, when I attempt to Modify the last condition instead of deleting it, it simply creates a new condition with the new modifications, but the the original condition I attempted to modify still remains, unchanged. Even then, I still cannot delete the unwanted condition without all other conditions, except one other, being deleted.

    Hi,

I cloned your form and was able to reproduce the issue of all conditions being deleted when the last condition in the list is deleted.  This seems to be caused by multiple deleted fields and conditions associated with those fields.

I was able to remove all the conditions through the old interface.  While editing your form, reload it from this link to get the old conditions UI:

    jotform.com/?old

That should allow you to edit your conditions properly.  Once those conditions were removed, the bug was no longer present in the new UI.
