Add another row button

    I would like to have a button that will allow an additional row for entering data. ie

     

    Test: data..  Field2: data...

    Button Clicked

    Test: data.. Field2: data...

    Test: new.. Field2: new...

     

    Button would be add another beer on the form referenced.
