Configurable List Widget : Ability to hide fields in the email notification

Is there a way to "hide" info that was collected in the form using the Configurable List Widget, when displayed in an email body?  For example, my list would collect 'Date', 'Name', 'hours worked' but I only want to show in the email 'Date' and 'Name' (but still have hours worked saved for future Excel file output, just not displayed in output).  If the Configurable List Widget field name cannot be broken out into separate column names (to hide), could this be done using HTML?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I can understand your concern. However, is not possible to hide options in the Configurable List Widget in the email notification, I have tested and I can see all data in the widget is being sent as a single field.

You can not hide options nor with conditions.

Please, do let us know if you need more help, we will be glad to assist you.

    Regards.

Would you be able to recommend another widget that would allow expanding rows, and the ability to "hide" a column?

With expanding rows are you referring to expand it when filling the form ?

If so, unfortunately, you can not allow your users to expand or change the width of a field when filling the form, you can only do it adding custom CSS codes directly in the widget.

In regards to hide, there is not any widget to accomplish that. However, I will escalate your request to our second level in order to know if it's possible to do.

If the feature is developed you will be notified via this thread.

    Thanks.
