Email the form as XML / API

Do you have an API or can I email the form as XML the same way I email a PDF or form. 

Yes, we have an API available at Jotform http://api.jotform.com/docs/.

I believe you can also achieve that with webhook by creating a custom script and send it over email. http://www.jotform.com/help/245-Creating-your-first-Webhook-with-JotForm
