We have no compliance certificate for BAA or HIPAA, however Jotform can be used in a HIPAA compliant way as it complies with the technical safeguard section of the HIPAA security rule.

ok so i reviewed the information link you sent and i have some more questions that wernt really answered in it. if we used jotform we have to have a BAA because we would be storing HIPPA information on your servers but it seems that "agreements are deemed beyond the scope of our business model." so does that mean jotform would not sign a BAA so we can host our stuff their. having security is great but thats only half the job.

I believe that we are unable to provide a BAA because JotForm is not HIPAA compliant.
Perhaps purchasing our license JotForm Application would better work in the current business model that you have. You can check that product here: http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/
From there, you can have your form builder, forms and the submission data stored in your own servers. You can also customize the application based from your needs.
