Has this issue been resolved as we are needing to utilize this form? I also keep getting this error on a form I created yesterday. All of my conditions had been removed as well as some of the email addresses I added. It was almost like the form had been reverted to an older form? But, I have noticed that is basically just not saving that form. So all of the conditions I setup it didnt work.

    Hi,

It could be a temporary issue, since I tested your form and I can see the changes are being saved.

Could you provide us the steps to replicate your issue please ?

Or if possible, share us a screenshot, it would be helpful.

We will wait for your response.

    Thanks.

Last night 1/6/15 I was able to do as you did and successfully save the document and make all my "conditional" changes which is really what I needed to do. They saved and the form is working great this morning.

However, while I was on the page it tried to "auto-save" and it gave me the error I was getting before. I took a screenshot for you.

    Hi,

Thank you for providing us the screenshot.

I tried again to replicate your issue. However, I was unable, I checked your form and I can see there is not any condition, I presume this is due to you are getting the error message when trying to save the form after making all the conditions.

I made a sample condition and I could save successfully the form, without get any error message.

In order to know if the issue is related to a conditions, I would like to ask you to make condition per condition, I mean make one condition and then save the form.

It should be saved successfully, and if the issue is related to conditions you should get it when making an specific condition.

Also, if possible share us the conditions you are trying to achieve or at least which of them you are trying to use, Show/Hide, Update/Calculate Field, we will make some test in order to replicate your issue and solve it.

We will wait for your response.

    Thanks.

The conditions were there and working this morning because I tested them. I closed completely out of JotForm and went back in and all the emails and conditions were there. The third time I looked I got the error. So now my conditions are gone again. I am spending about an hour each time I do these because there are so many. Every "OFFICE" has 2 conditons or emails they must send. I need you to call me or something. I need this fixed ASAP.

    Example Condition:

    Email: jay.white@ssidish.com

    Email: sh.fsm@ssidish.com

Condition: If "Office" IS EQUAL TO Shreveport send email notification to: jay.white@ssidish.com & send email notification to: sh.fsm@ssidish.com

    Email: steve.moore@ssidish.com

    Email: ab.fsm@ssidish.com

Condition: If "Office" IS EQUAL TO Abilene send email notification to: steve.moore@ssidish.com & send email notification to: ab.fsm@ssidish.com

We are having hosts of other problems with all of our JotForms that were working and having issues such as Submitting and getting a "please wait" and it never submits.

We have had issues where it loads a Certificate Error screen.

We have 18 locations in 4 different states and we are hearing these issues from users all over so we no it is not something on a single users machine.

Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support, but we will assist you here.

I checked the changes history for your form and I can see there was a change almost one hour ago, all the conditions were removed.

You can also check the history in your end and restore to the version where the conditions were there.

    http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

Try doing it, your form should have the conditions again, and the change should be reflected in the history, do let us know and we will make a test in order to replicate your issue.

We will wait for your response.

    Thanks.

Ok, strange since I didnt delete them. I went to revision changes and reverted it back. Thanks for the help. I am opening another ticket on a form that keeps going to Please Wait... to see if you can help with it.

    Thanks,

    Nathan

    Hey Kevin_G(Jotform Support)!

I recently purchased your silver plan.
But, still my account is reflecting "Free" in my account and the submission limit is still showing "520"

Could you please let me know when will my upgrade be added in my account?
