    I have checked your form 60046040499150, and I see that it already has a layout of two columns.

    If you are asking about how to set up a different form to display fields in multiple columns, you can do that by using the option to Shrink the fields that you wish to have in a multiple column layout:

    After they are positioned in such a way by using the Shrink option, you can additionally open up the Designer and under Form Layout, you can Enable Form Columns:
