    Hi,

    I'm having a bit an issue with my form. I tried searching for this particular issue, but couldn't find anything specific.

    My field heights are all set to one row, but for some reason, the rows are larger (higher) in Firefox. Everything looks great in Chrome.

    Here's a link to the form:

    I'm using the following browsers to check it:

    Chrome (47.0.2526.106 m)

    Firefox (43.0.3)

    Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

    You are right there is a considerable difference in the text-box height in Chrome and Firefox:

    I will make further tests to try to determine the causes of this situation. Will let you know as soon as I have more details.

    You can add the following css code:

    .form-textbox, .form-textarea {

        height: 25px !important;

       }

    You can test and clone the demo form:

    That fixed it. Thank you so much!

    The only thing is this made the "message" field a single line as well. Is there any way to make the "message" more lines than the others?

    Thanks again for your help. It's very much appreciated.

    Why are you using a text area field for the name, phone and email? Is that intentional? Text Area is meant to be used for multi-line text input and/or to hold an unlimited number of characters. I think you should use a Text Box for these fields.

    Okay, thanks. I don't know why I was using those. My mistake.

    The form you posted is formatted correctly, but when I test it, the notification email does not include name, phone, or email; it just includes the message text.

    How would I go about resolving that?

    Thanks again for your help.

    I can see that you have cloned my colleague's form so I presume the height issue is now resolved.

    With regards to your other question, we will answer it on this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/740409.

    Thanks!
