Some people notified me that they have problems with using the visual multi select widget and then submitting the form. I tested it and works for me and earlier I received submission from others. What can cause the problem? Thanks!

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Do they see any error message when submitting the form? Can you please ask your user to share a screenshot of the problem? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post: http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033
I did test your last edited form and I was able to submit form successfully. Have you embedded your form in any webpage where your users are having any issue? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look.

Many thanks for your answer. I unfortunately don't have a screenshot showing the problem - some respondents notified me that they had display issues and thus not able to submit the form. For me it works perfectly - i tested it from two different computers.
Is it possible that the display problems are caused when the form is opened with internet explorer? The last person who informed me about the problem, said that she opened it automatically in explorer and had problems with displaying the form but when she opened it in chrome it worked.

The widget seems to be working fine in up to date Internet Explorer 12, but in theory, there might be some issues related to old versions the Internet Explorer. Widgets are usually different and more complicated compared to the standard fields. If you receive any more reports from your users, please let us know. Thank you.
