Have trouble with creating a paypal form

    HI,

I am trying to use paypal on the form I've created named "nuts and bolts of TEAM therapy." I tried to test run the form by entering my own information and my own credit card, just to make sure it goes through. It not only didn't go through, as I try to get rid of my own information and try to recreate a paypal payment option, my personal info shows up each time.

And, I need a confirmation page to go to people who sign up for our workshop, indicating confirmation of their payment and act as their receipt. How can I make sure that happens?

    Thanks.

I checked the said form and this is your current setting:

I noticed in your Paypal account that you have a combination of letters, if I am not mistaken, the merchant's Paypal email should be inputted there. Here's a guide on how to setup our order form: http://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

The credit card o other info shows up in the payment page because you have enabled the "Auto Fill" feature. You can disable it.

I cloned your form and setup my sandbox account. Here's a screencast:

The submission was completed successfully. After payment in the Paypal page, the user will be redirected to your thank you page setup in the "Thank You" settings. Here's a guide on how to setup your thank you page: http://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page

The user will also receive an email coming from Paypal itself regarding a transaction completed. If you need to send a separate email coming from your end, you can setup an Autoresponder. Here's a guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

Let us know if you are still having problems. Please do make sure that you have a Paypal Business or Premiere account.
