Mailchimp Integration Doesn't Work

    Hi there

     

    It's awesome to find such an easy and convenient tool to create forms.

    I just tried to make people who submitted the form whose email can be imported into mailchimp mailing list, and I did created API from mailchimp and integrated with Jotform - but after trying sometimes, it still didn't work; the contact still couldn't be seen in mailchimp.

    Is it just the import process from mailchimp takes some time or the integration doesn't work at this moment?

    Hi Zora,

    After your thread, I tested the integration again and didn't replicate the same issue with you. In some cases, MailChimp API key stops working temporary, so I suggest you to get new API key and re-integrate the integration. Please, try this quick method and let us know the results.

    Thanks for your instant help :) 

    yet I tried just earlier with new API Key created from mailchimp and integrated with new form here, seems the integration process succeeded, but I still couldn't see those contacts imported to mailchimp list - Is it my misunderstanding that all people filling the form whose emails will be imported to mailchimp simultaneously, this function still cannot work now - or I might miss some setting up process to enable the contacts import to mailchimp?

    Hi again,

    Zora, you are most welcome. On MailChimp integration, if you edit a existent integration, it will not import previous submissions, it only adds the data after editing. To import all of the previous data, you need to remove the integration and re-integrate it.

    Also, on its wizard you need to check the option called "Add Existing Contacts to MailChimp":

    does Jotform provide the embedded code of each form for further utilization on other websites?
