Your auto response email is not trusted by gmail & I get a warning message. I am worried my respondents will get a similar error message which will make them doubt my integrity as a researcher. This is very important. Please advise soon. Attached is a screen shot

That message might be triggered factors, this depends on Gmail security features. They might have a security feature that checks the overall content of the email, looking for keywords that ask for sensitive information like credit card details, bank information or the likes.
Unfortunately, this is dependent on the email service providers system structure. In my case, I only saw that error once in my test forms, but was not able to see it again.
Perhaps using SMTP email as the sender for your notifications would help lessen this warning messages? Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
Let us know if that works.
