Thank you first for your lovely app.
I have a the following question regarding the language, I am able to change the language of the form for the most part, but unfortuantely I have figured out one thing and hope you can help.
Is it possible to change these as well to dutch in this case: http://screencast.com/t/5qF2qkHI

For the text box, the hint text can be changed from the fields settings. Click on the field, then click on the little gear icon in the top right of the field to open the options:
Change the hint example to whatever you would like shown in the box as the hint.
I'm afraid that it is not possible to have custom countries listed with a regular Address field at the moment, nor to have the countries appear translated. This includes the "please select" option as well. If you make your forms multilingual, it will translate only the labels for the individual fields - country names remain in English.
You can check what I mean on the following demo form, be changing between English and Francais:
In order to have a custom and translated list of countries, you would have to use a Drop Down field instead - and list only the countries that you want. You can list your options with any names, so you can list translated versions of country names in your local language.
