Email notifications are not sent

    Now I discover that my forms are no longer sending me notification e-mails.

    I checked your form titled "Perkins On-Line Order Form" and I see that the recipient address has 3 emails on it. However, they are not properly separated. You are using comma in your end. To add multiple recipients, please separate them using comma and a space.

    To test the notifications, make sure to open the form in a new window or tab, fill it out and click the submit button.
