When you clone a form, all the styles and conditions are also being copied as well. The only thing you could do is remove all the style (CSS code) that the form has, after you have clone the form.

You can remove it from the PREFERENCE under the FORM STYLE tab

Please let us know if this helps.

    Hey Victor(Jotform Support)!

I recently purchased your silver plan.
But, still my account is reflecting "Free" in my account and the submission limit is still showing "520"

Could you please let me know when will my upgrade be added in my account?

    Pratik

Thank you for your help regarding removing the CSS - I have done this and the style has been fixed. However, the form has a border shadow (see here) which is not in the CSS - how can I remove that please?
