Switching Payment Tools / Changing Merchants

Asked by gmaijala on January 07, 2016 at 02:24 PM

    Hello,

I am a new paying user and I want to switch from PayPal to Stripe. How do I do this without losing all of my products and settings?

Also, is there a way for a customer/user to add names to a form on the fly? Example...I use my form to register people for my seminars. I have the full name quick tool on my form, but some customers want to register 15 people. Is there a way to add like a "+" sign to add more names without me cluttering up the form with 15 full name quick forms?

    Thank you,

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Yes, when you remove the payment integration, you got a message, it asks if you want to keep the products in order to use them with another payment gateway.

When you add the new payment gateway, you should select exactly the same options, I did it on this cloned form, you can take a look here, I change from PayPal to Purchase Order and the products are still there : https://form.jotform.com/60067309437961

Your second question will be answered here : http://www.jotform.com/answers/739250

    Hope this helps.

    Regards.
